Choco alcohol.. 1100 BC back..

What could be worse than being a chocoholic? Or an Alcoholic? Becoming an addict of alcohol made of chocolate! Now this was going on ···1100 BC .. where else? In Latin America

A recent chemical analysis of 3,000-year-old pottery shards in northern Honduras turned up traces of theobromine (its name means “food of the gods”), a chemical that is found in cacao.
