This is very interesting.. listening to podcasts can help you lose weight.  Not due to listening of health tips.. but listening to some entertaining stuff can make you lighter!

But men and women listening to entertaining or "enhanced" podcasts lost weight, plus it encouraged them to eat more fruits and vegetables, do more exercise, and gave them "greater satisfaction" with the weight-loss intervention.Reference Link
