So, obviously the question is why should we Indians even look for people who cannot even handle the terror unleashed on the country and the situation gets SO out of hand that the terrorists can send threats to everyone brazenly and openly! One of the reason is that they know that nothing will really happen to them. And this is what is what puts the citizens of the country at a complete disadvantage and utter weakness!
If the Central Government cannot guarantee the safety for its citizens why should it even be entrusted with the lives of the countrymen and strings of the power??!!
