I think this is what differentiates successful people with no so successful. The former are very passionate in what they do… so success is what they always live with.
I dont ever have "role models"… for humans have lots of weaknesses. So if you install someone as a role model – her/his weaknesses also come along… I actually "benchmark" people for different areas of my life. Shahrukh is one of those benchmarks…. of passionate work. I can imagine him and work passionately on something when I need to do well in an area. It helps.
