Shilpa Shetty visits Mahakumbh and takes a Dip at Triveni

Shilpa Shetty, the Indian Actress, took the dip at Maha Kumbh yesterday.  She was tweeting her way to the kumbh.  Her dip and the process was handled by Swami Chidananada of Parmartha Niketan.




She was with her parents and NRI business tycoon Srichand Hinduja and the prayers were done with Swami Chidananda.

Many celebrities and famous religious and spiritual leaders are planning to make their way to the Kumbh this year:

Spiritual figures like the Dalai Lama, Yoga guru Ramdev, Sri Sri Ravishankar and Asaram Bapu are likely to hold their discourses in the next few weeks.

Besides, star couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna and Hollywood actress Catherine Zeta Jones have reportedly planned their visits to the 12-yearly Maha Kumbh which has been catching the imagination of people world over. (Link)
