It seems that the Indian Defence Minister NIrmala Sitharaman visited the temple while she was in Karnataka.

As her security detail stepped forward to talk to the devotee, she instructed the security official to step back and move back. She and her companion stood on the side and waited for the devotee to complete his prayer.
