1. Dinner by 7 PM
Completing dinner by 7 PM is something that was very prevalent in Indian homes just a couple of generations back. Over time, it has been lost. Eating after 7 PM is never a good idea. Here is an excellent thread about that. A must read!

2. The Pain of Race crimes
When we talk about crimes of racism, we think they were bad things but just normal crimes. They weren't.
They represented the worst of humanity, where one set of men treated another worse than animals.
It is good that all that ended but the pain was deep. And this came on top of the extermination of native americans on this continent. The consciousness of all that pain will take a lot of get past.
19 year old Frank Embree was tortured, castrated, skinned and then lynched in front of a cheering crowd, for a crime he didn’t commit in 1899. Though published photographs clearly depicted the faces of his assailants, no one was ever arrested. BlackHistorymonth

3. Hot Wild War Time
We are looking at two powers ready to escalate hostilities and the antagonistic speeches and rhetoric is getting worse.
Worse, the safeguards that the US and USSR had in place during the Cold War have been dismantled.
And now, the last of them has been taken off the table as well.
New START Treaty. Puting withdrew from it. The New START Treaty, signed by U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in 2010, put a cap of 1,550 on long-range nuclear warheads, limited the use of missiles capable of carrying atomic weapons, and enabled short-notice inspections of nuclear bases and support facilities. It entered into force in 2011 and was extended in 2021 when U.S. President Joe Biden took office, allowing inspectors from both countries to guarantee that the treaty is being followed.
This is not Cold War anymore. It is worse than that.

One thing that Putin launched as well was the attack on West, and specifically current establishment's anti-social ways. Specifically the partnership and normalizing of wokeist agenda (considered anti-Christian) and pedophilia. And, this is interesting because Jeremy Epstein ran a pedophilia crime racket and his visitors included the crème de la crème of the world celebrities.
So when he brings that part out, you can be assured that the coming months, US will witness a series of revelations and turmoil.

4. Intelligence tricks and Regime change
CIA and their cohorts have used many tricks in different countries to bring about regime change. Using snipers, instigating violence and combining that with propaganda and civil unrest is a great recipe for creating chaos in different societies. Here is a thread on those cases.

5. Ancient world and God
The ancient world and the cultures were far more intertwined than we believe they were. In fact, the concept of globalization began several thousands of years back. Here is a very intriguing thread on Sumerian and Mesopotamian society and culture.
