India is the most sought after Start-up Business Destination
Starting a new business is a big deal for most people. First, you have to figure out what your business is actually going to be and then you have to make sure that it is successful. You’ll have to deal with things like getting a person of significant control. It doesn’t just end there though, there is so much more that you’ll have to figure out, like where the best location is. People aspiring to start new businesses are searching online on information to start businesses in different countries. SEMRUSH, a digital marketing firm has found after analysis of searches, that India is the #1 destination search choice.
A study conducted by SEMrush, an online digital marketing suite, revealed that India leads the Top 10 globally most searched countries online for ‘starting business in’. The study has established the fact that India is not just a preferred choice for Indians to do business in their homeland, but is also becoming a priority for SMEs from across the world, according to a company official. The others are:
- India
- Singapore
- The Philippines
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- Pakistan
- South Africa
- United Arab Emirates
- Malaysia
Rohan Ayyar, Regional Marketing Manager India, SEMrush has said that the results are based on analyses of the search queries in 2017-18. He said:
“The search volumes for India were much higher in comparison with countries such as Australia, Canada and the UAE. The developments in PPP model and progressive policies and plans have further helped start-ups and businesses to grow, giving a great boost to SMEs.”
